Texas Ranger Frank Hummer faithfully stands guard over law and order. Every day he successfully fights crime, for which he has become a real thunderstorm. Few Texas offenders will dare to challenge the famous ranger. But each rule has its exceptions.

Several impudent armed robberies of banks force Frank to take up his favorite thing with all his strength – the capture of criminals.
