The film takes us to a retired institution where heroin addiction to women is treated. The arrival of three new patients does not seem to be an unusual fact. Group therapy is normal, with only small tensions between patients. Everything changes when a crime occurs, with the suspect on duty being Ronnie, one of the new patients, a veteran of the war in Afghanistan, who has shown signs of violence and episodes of loss of consciousness. The bodies continue to appear, and, as a whiskey blocks access to the institution, both staff and patients realize that they will have to face both the inner demons and the unknown killer who took them in turn.
