Chase and Laine head to the Horror Hound festival where Laine begins to have some inexplicable premonitions and disturbing visions associated with the past of this town, but especially with the legend that produced horror in the area, that of the Creeper. As the festival runs its course and the fun turns bloody into a frenzy, Laine begins to believe that something from another world has been summoned and for the first time in 23 years… The Creeper is back to terrorize the locals!
