A graffiti artist terrorizes the people of a quiet town by breaking into their homes and leaving behind the words “I’ve been here” painted on the walls. Soon, this artist’s identity is revealed to be Toby, a rebellious youth who suffers from fits of rage. He can’t find a purpose in life and can’t hold down a job for more than a week. He’s upset that his best friend, Jay, has moved into his house with a baby, so he doesn’t have as much time to goof around together and spread activism messages. Thus, he projects this anger and frustration on the wealthy elite.
