Emily has a huge student loan debt and can’t get a job because of a bad record. Desperate to make money, she agrees to work for a handsome and charismatic middleman. Her mission is to buy goods using stolen credit cards that Youcef provides her. Faced with an endless series of job interviews, Emily is soon seduced by the idea of making a quick buck through illicit means on the black market. She also becomes increasingly interested in his mentor Youcef. Together, the two come up with a plan to take their “business” to a new level in Los Angeles.
