A man wakes up one day hospitalized and has no idea how he got there. He doesn’t remember anything from his life, but he soon discovers that there are people who are on his trail and want to kill him. Thus, he is forced to fight for his own survival and get out of this hospital before it is too late. This is made difficult by the fact that he has no idea who he is and why some strangers want to kill him, but he will have to discover his true identity in a terrible way.
