The Nun II is a sequel to the enigmatic horror film about a powerful evil that haunts and causes supernatural harm to all it comes in contact with. Following the events of the first film, this powerful evil now begins to spread in 1956 in a town in France as it is learned that a priest has been violently murdered. A contemplative completed in her novitiate, Sister Irene begins to investigate the murder, only to discover that behind it is a demon – the same evil that terrorized her in the original film as a nun – Valak, with whom she enters from again soon in touch.
