Walt Disney wants to use the book “Mary Poppins” to make a movie, but the author of this book, P.L. Travers, doesn’t like what he’s doing Disney, believing it will transform the characters which it loves so much in some cartoons. So, for 20 years, all her Disney insists, asking him to give his consent to make this adjustment and promises that will not achieve anything without her consent. Finally, when it becomes financially pressed, give its consent, but everything will be done exactly as she wants. Travers goes to California, and Disney and his team working at bringing to life the character Mary Poppins tries to show him what they had done. Only that it is not very easy impressed Walt Disney himself and attempts to understand what she really wants.
