Directed and produced by Tim Burton, Big Eyes is based on the true story of Walter Keane (Christoph Waltz), who was one of the most successful artists of the 50s and 60s. The artist has gained notoriety due stunning art revolutionizing marketing and grassroots accessibility to its enigmatic paintings of big-eyed children. But the truth behind these paintings begin to emerge: Keane’s art was not created by him but not his wife, Margaret (Amy Adams). The couple lived a lie which has taken gigantic proportions. Big Eyes focuses on awakening Margaret wishing to receive recognition of his work and the tumultuous relationship with her husband who has mastered her work.
