We are in Germany of May 1945, in the twilight of the Second World War. A unit of American tank drivers discovers a German platoon who are preparing to attack Allied trucks with supplies using well-known and feared Panzer tanks. The American unity prevailing white soldiers is Sergeant Jesse Owens, an African-American. Although Owens has more experience in destroying tanks, several soldiers from his unit are hesitant to put their hopes in a tankman color when things become alarming. The tension and fear beginning to show, Owens knows to leave these aside their differences to prevent the enemy to put their deadly plan into effect and to save hundreds of lives in a desperate battle against all odds.
